Need Help with Shaped Sheet

So our group has switched to the shaped sheet, but for some reason every time we roll it rolls two 3d dice for normals rolls and four 3d dice for advantage/disadvantage. Does anyone know what is causing this issue? We love the sheet and it's depth and functionality, but this is really bugging some of our players. For troubleshooting sake we have tried toggling: Advantage, Disadvantage, Query, Query Disadvantage/Advantage, Roll2. Is it perchance a dm setting or something we have overlooked? Nothing on the sheet is fixing it.

This is issue  #178 on the sheet's issue tracker; there's nothing you can do to fix it as far as I know, you'll have to live with it, or disable 3d dice, until it is fixed sheet-side.
