[UTC, 10AM Sunday]Looking for 2-3 people for a game of Numenera

Hello, I'm looking for 2-3 people to join me in a game of Numenera. I intend to GM and I'm looking to have a long term game, so I prefer starting out slow and focusing on defining the characters, world, plot-threads... etc in order to have a game that grows (that is not say, this is not a one-off game, I'm looking for people interested in building a character and role-playing, if you can't handle not touching your dice every 30 minutes in order to kill a random guardsman or vermin, it might not be what you are looking for). I'd say the game will be fairly "RP focused"... though that terms is rather broad. There will be no E-miniatures, battle maps or hour-long debates about rules. Conflicts that aren't decided by the rules will be decided by compromise or by whomever has the most awesome story to explain why things happened one way or another, there will be plenty of music, images, interesting characters and silly half-arsed voices to set up the tone. As far as setting goes the 9th world is a strange mix of far-future technology and crazy fantasy, I intend to place a slightly medieval&fantasy twist on the 9th world, SF elements will exist but most of them will be treated by accentuating the F rather than the S. However, depending on the players&characters the setting might be subject to change. The game will be played at 10AM (GMT) on Sunday and last for 4 hours, but, again, this may be subject to change depending on the final group and what times work best for everyone.  The setup will go something like this: -> Player come to me with: a) A character or character idea or b) An idea for what they'd like to explore within the 9th world or c) An idea for an interesting plot hook, place or bit of lore -> Once (and if) I have 2 or 3 players we shall have a character-creation(or finalization) & world building sessions over skype, decide on where exactly the campaign begins and discuss anything that anyone might want or need to know. -> The game will start. Hopefully I will find enough people to get started the next Sunday, but I'm more than willing to wait a few weeks in order to find the right group.
That sounds perfect, but alas, I'm in California, so 10 AM GMT = 3 AM here. Best of luck, though--Roll20 could use more Numenera games, if you ask me.
I'm very interested in joining. Have plenty of experience with the system and the times are perfect.
@Daniel: Yep, timezones are a bitch, I did fiddle with the idea of a EU&US friendly time, but generally speaking it makes it really hard to reschedule or move the date if there are people from multiple timezones, so I'm intentionally trying to limit the game to people from EU&Africa and West Asia (i.e UTC +/- 3). @Cake As long as the time fits you feel free to send me what's written above (character idea or plot pitch... etc ). It would be nice to have someone else who knows a bit about the system. Overall I find that one can pick up Numenera in a few hours at most, but multiple people who know the rules and how to navigate the books make the whole process more expedient.
