Problem with Duplicating pages

I assume duplicating pages is supposed to take the items/map on that page and make an exact copy, so if that's not the case, tell me. But, what happens is, when I click on the helix arrows next the pages in the page bar and click it to duplicate a page, only a blank copy shows up. Here are screenshots. I'm in the latest version of chrome on windows 8.

Duplicating a page duplicates the settings of the page only, not the content of the page. If you would like to duplicate the content of a page the Transmogrifier (a Mentor level feature) can do this by shifting it to a separate campaign and then back to your existing campaign. Alternately, you copy an entire layer (Ctrl+A) and then paste that to the new map. Steps: 1) Duplicate the page and then go into the new page's settings and double the page size. 2) Go to the original page and copy the map layer (Ctrl+A to select all followed by Ctrl+C to copy). 3) Go to the duplicate page and click on the center of the page and then paste (Ctrl+V). 4) Still on the duplicate page hit Ctrl+A to select all of the pasted items and then move them to the proper position (don't forget to hold Alt if you want it to ignore the grid). 5) Repeat steps 2 through 4 for the other layers. 6) Go into the duplicate's page settings and reduce the page size back to normal.
Ah, thank you very much, why do I need to double the page size though?

Because when you paste an entire page worth of images or drawings and you are not exactly centered they can wind up off the page or rearranged (pushed together). When you double the page size that will give you sufficient room to avoid that.
Alright, thanks again
