I am currently copying & pasting the info from the browser window into a document so I can read it, because the pop up window has no scroll bar or arrows on Firefox. Not having a problem in Chrome.

I find (using Firefox 12.0 on a Mac) that there are no scroll bars in the help or discussions windows. I have to use the up-arrow and down-arrow keys to scroll.

Yes it's about the help window. If you open the help window in Firefox it has no scroll bar.
