Token Stuck

Hi, I am new to Roll20, and I have been building a game, and one of my tokens that I added seems to be stuck.  It can't be selected on any of the layers or deleted, and seems to be beneath the map grid, whereas the other tokens sit above that layer.  Is there anything that I can do to get rid of this token, or make it responsive again?  Does this happen often?
