When we hover over the toolbar buttons (or submenu buttons) it would be REALLY handy to have a tool name and hotkey tooltip show up.

This is exactly what i came here to add for my first post, it should be the primary priority at this point in my opinion. Everything should have a shortcut and it should be possible to configure custom shortcuts, especially for macros.
