I'd set up a simple map with three goblins using identical tokens to test a few things out, and one thing was the turn tracker. I opened it, and it picked up the goblins as expected, and they each had initiatives of 0. I then hit the "Next initiative" arrow, and nothing appeared to happen. It was only after some experimentation with initiative values that I realized that the turn tracker moves the current token to the top of the list (if this is covered in the GM starter video, my apologies - I accidentally closed it in my eagerness to get playing around and can't get it back now).
However, I suggest that instead of cycling the token to the top, move the highlight to the next token down the list, and if the list of tokens is longer than the turn window, smoothly scroll the list upward once the highlight reaches the bottom.
The reason I suggest it is that I don't always play games with initiative numbers, and so leaving it at 0 is useful because I don't have to fiddle with it. But, if I do that, and have multiple tokens with the same image, it looks like nothing's happening when I advance initiative.
Granted, this is solvable by assigning initiative numbers even if they're meaningless to the game, but this is the place for suggestions, after all.
Thanks,
Chris
