Unable to set 'Always wisper rolls to GM' in game settings

Hello, I am unable to save changes in my game settings to always whisper rolls to GM. I'm able to select the option in the drop down menu for 'whisper rolls to GM', but when I click save changes it just reverts to 'Never Whisper Rolls'. I would like to have NPC rolls whispered to the GM, without having to go character by character and manually changing it back to whisper. Any assistence would be appreciated. Thanks.
