Unable to view uploaded jpeg files.

When uploading jpegs to use for my campaign I am unable to view/use them. I do not receive any error messages, and the first 8 or so worked fine. The file sizes are small (48-128k), and I've only used 10MB of storage space total. System details are as follows: Web Browse - Firefox (Also, attempted on different device using Chrome with same result) Browser Version - 52.0 Operating System - OS X 10.11 If Javascript is enabled - Yes Your anti-virus software - N/A List of any browser add-ons or extensions enabled - None

Please ensure that your images have the .jpg extension rather than .jpeg. If that doesn't fix the issue, please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. (Already done) Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget to post the complete Console Log, starting from opening the tabletop and ending with some attempts to upload images!)

GenKitty said: Please ensure that your images have the .jpg extension rather than .jpeg. As per above, files with .jpeg on the end don't seem to work. On Mac you can edit the filename and just change it to .jpg and then re-upload and it will work. Note: if you don't see the .jpeg or .jpg at the end of the filenames then go into Mac file settings and select "Show file extensions". Might as well delete from your Roll20 library all the broken ones you already uploaded.
Changed the extension to .jpg, and everything seems to be working fine. Thanks very much for the quick reply!
