Not really familiar with Palladium Fantasy, but at least taking a glance at things you have 3 options: Use the generic Palladium Megaverse sheet for Megaversal based systems (including Palladium Fantasy) which covers most of the details from discussions I have seen by people playing the system. Get a Pro membership and write up your own sheet for use in your game. Building Character Sheets Guide (Only games created by a Pro Subscriber can run custom character sheets.) If you submit it and it gets accepted as a sheet for all users you don't actually need to keep the subscription going. Convince a Pro member to write up a sheet or help you write a sheet to submit for general usage. (Before you ask, my answer is no) There are a few other loopholes that could technically work but I can't really suggest them.
