[Tales of Equestria] Exploding dice to the next type

So, I'm building a character sheet for Tales of Equestria and I was wondering if exploding dice to the next die type (e.g. d4 -> d6 -> d8 -> d10 -> d12 -> d20) is supported. For example, rolling a d4, you roll a 4, it explodes to a d6. You roll a d6. If you roll a 6, you roll a d8, etc. You then take the highest result from all the rolls. Does Roll20 support this kind of exploding dice?

No, you would need to write an API script to do that.
