Can't access or see, tokens.

Hi, So, I'm unsure of what to do. My game was supposed to take place today, but I have no maps finished, because for some reason I cannot access or even see free tokens. I've tried clearing my cache, I've tried disabling addons, and extensions. I've tried it on my Laptop and my PC. I've tried on a different browser. I've tried on a new game. I cannot access free tokens, and I cannot access the images I've uploaded.  Problem solved : Anti-Virus did not like Roll20.

I cannot access free tokens The Free Assets folder (on the Premium Assets view) normally expands and collapses when the + sign is pressed to reveal Free Sets. Is this not your experience?

I am in GM mode, I know how to access them, I've worked with them before. I cannot access the Free Assets folder, at all. When I click on it, they are not there, in fact, nothing loads, at all.

Yes, I have tried clicking on the + sign and nothing shows up for me.

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs . Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

OK. I wound up figuring out what was wrong. My Anti-Virus was being a Dungeon Crawler and not-liking Roll20 for some reason. I disable it when I'm on here and things work fine! Thank you.
