Map layers out of sequence

One of my players is on an iPad, and she sometimes gets a bug with map layering. Drawings in the map layer will randomly change their stacking order. Pictures seem to stack okay. As near as I can tell it's drawing objects, geometric shapes, and possibly text that sometimes forget their layer/level/depth. As an example: If I draw a big green box, and later put a somewhat smaller grey circle on top of part of it, she may or may not see them in that order. Instead, sometimes, the large box will end up in front of the smaller circle, completely hiding it. Sometimes this happens in the middle of a session, after previously displaying correctly. No one else in the group has this problem, and she's the only one using an iPad. I think it's happening when she looks at a different page in another tab in safari and then switches back, or else when she's changing between safari/roll20 and another app and then back again. Possibly both. Basically, if she goes to look something up in a rulebook or a google search, when she returns she sometimes finds maps to be out of sequence. If it's a subtle change or happens in an area concealed by Fog of War, it's possible we can play for quite a while before realizing she's missing important map details.

Please have your player post her support details: http://supportdetails.com/ Next, have her check her console (CMD+ALT+I in Safari) for any errors and report them. Also, if she could post screenshots of correct vs incorrect that would be great.

I deleted the IP address (I forgot to tell you to not include it). The iPad doesn't have an onscreen keyboard option?
It has an onscreen keyboard, but that doesn't have any buttons labled command or alt. There's an up-arrow that's roughly equivalent to a shift, and then a ".?123" button and a globe icon button. On my iPad, pushing both of those along with an I brought up some crazy arrows and math symbol keyboard that made even less sense to me. Not sure what it does on hers, as she's on a newer version of ios than I am and she's currently using her iPad to do something else. I was only able to borrow it for a minute while she was between projects.

I will ask one of the other Roll20 team who knows more about Safari to help.
That would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
