hi, im making a session of 3.5 for the rollcon, but i have problems with the dinamic lightning because the tokens dont have the option and the map cant be configurated with the global vision light and etc. Please i need help with this.
Dynamic Lighting is only available for games created by Plus and Pro subscribers. See more in the wiki here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Dynamic_Lighting

Despite the session being set as a rollcon event sadly there are no page options allowing the GM's to turn the page into a DL page. Which I assume is a bug too. We'll see in future time.
From the Roll20Con page ( https://roll20.net/con ) games must be tagged as a Roll20Con event and be scheduled during Roll20Con. Are both of these criteria true?
Yes, they are. We have the Dynamic Layer option available but thats all

Yep, same issues. I tagged and scheduled my game, and have access to the dynamic lighting layer, but I don't have access to global dynamic lighting settings, nor do I have access to token lighting or sight. So essentially the game is unplayable for my players because none of their tokens can see in the dark and I can't disable dynamic lighting or give their tokens torchlight. Edit: I'm using the Tales from the Yawning Portal addons, which have dynamic lighting pre-enabled and I can't change its settings or change token settings related to lighting. If I make a new page, dynamic lighting is disabled by default and I can't enable it. The point still stands, however: the feature is useless unless you already have a subscription.
I think its the same for all members in the rollcon, Just to confirm I've tried it on all the common browsers ( Edge, Chrome, Firefox ) Lets hope this gets working soon, because I've prepared a Very nice horror game that'd I'd love to play right now :I
Same I have the checkbox checked and a game scheduled.. I have access to the dynamic lighting layer but my maps do not have access to turn the feature on. The feature enable is missing from the map section and the token section. I thought for a moment that I missing a step or something. -Chris
It's just the same for me. For a while I was worried that because I hadn't set a day and time for the game until this morning that I'd missed some hard deadline for having the game fully registered. Hopefully it's just some minor or temporary glitch. I'm looking forward to experimenting, and the stage I built does require this kind of feature.

The Roll20CON features that were supposed to unlock today didn't unlock successfully. We're currently working on a fix and will update here as soon as the issue is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The issue still stands, I assume we may be compensated for this bug? Thanks again.

I figured since this post said the plus features would be available until the 28th it wouldn't be a problem, but now I can't access the Dynamic Lighting layer at all.

Roll20CON features should be available if you schedule your game any time in the future but before the end of the extended con features date, the end of the 28th.

I have it scheduled for today at 12 but none of the features show up and a big red text box shows up saying that it's not scheduled for the right dates. Edit: Just double checked and the plus features are once again available, thank you!
