The largest number JavaScript can safely handle is 9007199254740991. Ruby is used on at least some parts of the Roll20 backend (I don't know whether it gets involved with the dice engine or not), and in Ruby a Fixnum will get upgraded to a Bignum as needed, so the largest number it can handle depends on the machine its running on.
