Token name not sticking after save

Greetings, I have searched the forums for the issue I am having and have not come across an answer. Whenever a PC token is dragged from the journal onto the game board the name for that token is not there, even if previously it had been added and then saved. I am looking for a way to make the name of the token shown every time it is dragged onto the map so that my players do not have to re enter their name every time. (Sadly some of them think it isn't worth their time to save me a bit of a headache). Thank you in advance for any help/guidance you are able to give.

Make sure you have FULLY set up a token before adding it as a default. Future changes to that token, even when saved, will not affect the default token for a sheet. If you need to make any more changes remove the default and re-add it with the changes in place. Check out the  wiki for a full  step by step guide .
