Star Wars FFG LFP

It is seventeen years after the end of the CLONE WARS. Rumors abound that rebel cells and freedom fighters across the galaxy have begun to form an alliance to restore the Republic. Meanwhile the Horian Sector stands at the precipice of civil war. The local government, supported by the GALACTIC EMPIRE, has increasingly come under pressure of supporters of KING THORAS, who was ousted by pro Republic forces at the end of the CLONE WARS. People across the sector have begun to voice their disapproval of the GALACTIC EMPIRE and the Horian Government. Political venom has begun to devolve into violence across the sector, prompting imperial MOFF EREK to deploy his fleet to maintain the peace. The situation is tense as a diplomatic ship from Alderaan arrives in the sector....
Utilizing the FFG Star Wars system. This game will be focused on Age of Rebellion and Force and Destiny themes; It is recommended to use careers from those book, however EotE characters can work as well so long as it is understood that underworld activities will be limited. Looking for about 5 players. Planning to run weekly. Would prefer to work out a time that worked well for myself and the prospective group after selections have been made.
What time zone? I watched Adam Kobels play of this system and their reveal was awesome. Spent so much of university on wookipedia and roleplaying for SWOTR, (wish it would of turned out more rp friendly) Would love to play!
I am on EST. I can be flexible on the weekends, and would prefer late afternoon early evening start times(for me) if on a weekday.

I would be interested in a game run at friday your time, possibly starting at around 5:00 P.M or 6 P.M? Given I'm Australian, timezones are a special kind of hell. But if my calculations are correct, late afternoon/early evening your time is a time I can respectably make.
Depending on the specific time, I'd be very interested in playing. Are you going to use voice com for the game?
I am interested in playing, I have some experience in the system and live on the west coast US.
I'd echo Joss M, if you do a Friday game. The time doesn't matter to me, as I'm not doing anything that day. West coast of the US as well. And aye, I'm new here. Only played FFG's Star Wars once, sadly. So if you don't mind a newbie, I do have all the current books on hand and can still give it a go. Either way, good luck with your game.
In the group, I am hoping that at least one character is force sensitive and at least one is affiliated with the alliance, as those will be the two main branches of the plot. If you like, send me a brief concept, including why your character would be traveling to the Horian Sector on an Alderaanian consular ship. Feel free to create events or NPCs, and I will see if I can work that in.

I would always suggest having a maximum of two Force Sensitives or so in a group of 5 or 6, since things get kind of weird if a lot of the players are Force Users. For what it's worth, I'd like to play a Force Sensitive if possible, but I'd be willing to do something else to keep the Jedi down to a good number.
Here is the ad for the game, so that we can publicly share character concepts if you like. https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/39386/star-wars-throne-of-the-void
I'm sorry to do this to you man, but I am going to be bowing out of this. I apologise but I have a friend of mine who's invited me to a Conan game that's starting up and it's going to be around the same day/time. Sorry to do this, but it's been a long time since I've played with this friend and I've been trying to get into a game together for some time now, and the new Conan game is a system I've been curious to try. You take care though and I hope the Star Wars game goes well.
