Is there a macro for if I cast a level 1+ spell via a click of rolling a 1d20 and if the result is 1, then pasting in the Wild Magic Surge result? Thanks,

Not without the API, a Pro Subscriber Perk.  You could output a link to show a handout all the time and then click it when needed, that's about the best I can come up with without the API.

If you use the 5e Shaped sheet you have the ability to add an attacher to spells, you can actually select the levels of spells this attacher applies to. Making it possible to only show the table roll when an appropriate spell is cast.
