Can't see the map in the Markatel but the DM can? Help!

Using google chrome browser, Dm keeps trying to upload the map and he can see it but I can't! Tried different browsers and been throught all third party solutions but can't solve the problem! Help??

Make sure that your token has the 'Has Sight' checkbox checked. Your DM will need to do this for you.

Also make sure the DM isn't placing the map on the GM Layer instead of the Map Layer.

well it might just be my fck up since i am new to the site :P (its my first DM game aswell) but lessons learned i guess i will try that out to see if it fixes it (the 3 layer thing is quite annoying tbh) :PPP

i will make a new "map" and ask one of my players to see it. it might be but i am new and i also are not the best of "world" builder :PPP i am more into the stat sheet part of dnd than "design" side xD
