Invisible Weapons/Spells

My weapons and spells are invisible even though I type them in and save it. All the info is there but it's invisible. The weapons I also can't click on to Attack, but I can with the spells to show the info. Not sure what to do, I've tried it in three different browsers and nothing is working.

Let's start with an easy question: What character sheet are you using? :) In case this is not a sheet issue but is a Roll20 issue, would you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

How can I find out what character sheet I'm using? Thanks!

If you are the GM then you can look at the game settings to see which sheet you selected when creating the game. If you are a player you could ask your GM... or take a screen shot of your character sheet (and the associated problem) and post it here, we'll be able to identify it by eye most likely :)

Thanks! I figured out that I just have to hit "Enter" when I finish typing everything and it'll show up. That allows me to use the button to roll to hit. I thought it was all good but when I tried to add a new weapon, same issue. Not even hitting the enter button makes it visible.

You might be surprised how many issues are cleared up by our initial troubleshooting guide, and if the first three steps do nothing for your situation, the devs will need the console log from step 4 to start trying to figure out your issue :)

Reentering the weapons/spells worked on Chrome - I forgot when I tried it last time I never hit enter and that's why it was off. Thank you all so much.
