Player cant edit sheet?

For a total of 26 sessions now (each being about 6 or so hours) a player has been able to use and see his character sheet. Suddenly, he can no longer see anything more than the bio section of the character sheet. He is unable to edit it even when it clearly says he has access to it. I have reset his ability to see and edit the sheet and he has tried refreshing and restarting his PC to no avail.  This problem has persisted for about a week now and nothing so far has worked. Any suggestions?

Not necessarily a solution, but if you set their journal/sheet Can be edited/controlled by to "All players" can they control it?  If you do the same on other sheets, can that person open/edit other sheets?

I have not attempted this yet, but I will try it the next chance I get him online.  If this doesn't work, any other suggestions? Would him clearing his browser's cache affect anything related or turning off an adblocker? 

Clearing the browser's cache and disabling extensions cannot hurt and are probably worth trying.  I haven't personally seen an issue where an assigned player can no longer edit their sheet, so I'm at a loss of other suggestions.  You and your player might get a jump with troubleshooting with a Mod/Dev by following the wiki:  Solving Technical Issues , specifically Step 4 with a console log.  Hope this helps.

Changing it to 'All players can edit' allows him to edit the sheet.  It's certainly strange for that to be the case to fix it, but I suppose it's good enough to work. Thanks for the help!
