while playing randomly i would lag and all of a sudden i wouldnt be able to hear anyone then i see that i was kind of kicked out of the chat or something. I have to refresh the page and then it will start working then it would do that again after some time

Is the campaign itself lagging or do you mean the video chat? And if it's the video chat are you using the flash or the WebRTC video chat native in Roll20?
