Latest Chrome When the map is zoomed to 150%, token rotation handle moves under middle circle counter. Left: 100%, Right 150%

In my testing I can still grab the handle. If you put the cursor just below the circle you should still get the + for the handle. However, this is still an ease of use issue and I will let the Devs know.
