No there is not and the dev's have stated many times that at the present time there will not be any. It is something about the fee cost and such.

Fee cost? Its more than what it costs to accept AMEX? That definitely is not a good selling point for paypal, as my AMEX card isn't accepted in too many small businesses because of the fees

Is there a way to apply money that has been spent on your behalf without a card. I don't have a credit card and the money was spent so I could up the level to support.
