Black roll description pop-up not going away

Several times a game, the black popup with the details of a roll will not go away when I stop hovering over it. This is very hindering for me as a player because i need to know some of the actual dice rolls, mostly on damage. I can refresh the game, but this means reloading the map and waiting for everything to load properly. This is very aggravating for me, especially when i have one or more character sheets up in a separate tab.

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, including some dice rolls where the popup does not go away!)
