The author did not make the pack downloadable. It is only accessible through your asset library, inside your game.

Hmmm... Well since other Wolptinger Press items are downloadable perhaps they should make sure folks know that? It's sure not clear that it's only for use in-game. LOL... how do I get a refund?

I would recommend emailing the devs at <a href="mailto:Team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@roll20.net</a> and ask them to put you in contact with the author. It could be an oversight on their part since other packs are downloadable.
