3 of my player character's stat blocks and one monster they were fighting were suddenly and inexplicably replaced with those of a pegasus from the dnd 5e monster manual. with no apparent way to reverse it. how can i undo this? why did it happen? (a little before the pegasus change 4 of my characters lost their tool proficiency data and there abilities on the character sheet. unclear whether this was a seperate glitch or related to the pegasus incident)
