Players hand book, DMG D&D 5E ?

I was wondering is there any progress on this front of getting the Players Handbook and Dungeon Master guide to use with roll20. D&D Beyond has this available already. Just looking for some feedback from Roll20.

The Devs are absolutely working on D&D 5th Edition content. Their goal is to release products (both new and backlist titles) on a regular basis. As a part of their licensing agreement, they can’t reveal specifics until they're closer to completion and with the agreement of the licensor (in this case Wizards of the Coast). They will make those announcements here on the forums, as well as the blog , twitter , and via their mailing list (if you’re not signed up for that, you can join here ).
@GenKitty you made the same statement 6 months ago. Seems like there's a little carrot dangling for something that might not happen?

We’ve been planning a major new update that we’re super stoked about. It’s a huge project that we’re hoping to release in early 2018. We promise to tell you more about it as we get closer to launch. We’ve been holding off on releasing some officially licensed content until this update is live, as it adds awesome new features that we think ensure the best possible user experience. Xanathar’s Guide to Everything is one of these, and we therefore will not be releasing a Roll20 version on the hobby store date of November 10th. We have enjoyed releasing the latest Dungeons & Dragons content at the earliest possible date, but we believe that holding off on this release until new functionality can be implemented is the best move. This update will also allow us to create a better experience when we release other backlist D&D 5E content, such as the Player’s Handbook and Sword Coast Adventurer’s Guide . Meanwhile, we will also continue working on other Dungeons & Dragons adventures. Thanks your for your patience while we work to bring you this cool new stuff that makes gaming on Roll20 an even better experience. We love making this virtual tabletop as good as it can possibly be, and we can’t wait to share the next big thing with you!
