Hey! I'm Tate, and I was wondering if anybody out there might have a game to suit me.  What I'm looking for is hopefully a fair and easy-going type of group who don't mind being silly with one another, but who also take plot seriously when it's appropriate. Must be LGBT+ friendly, and if possible I'd feel most comfortable playing in a group in which I'm not the only girl player. I don't mind homebrew elements, and original plots and settings are my favorite. I'm someone who very much likes character-driven stories and character-specific plot threads if the game is long form as it makes the world seem that much more interactive and tailored to the players, but I'm open to other types of more casual play or shorter-form games too. As a preference, I'd hoped to play with a group that was at maximum 6 players.  As far as scheduling goes, my availability is very flexible as far as both day of the week and time of day [CST timezone.] I have a couple of character ideas already, but I'd be happy to also make a character to fit any gaps in the party. Would also be great if the group used skype.  Please feel free to get in touch if you have questions or are interested in bringing me into your fold!

You should put your time zone in your profile and post. It helps GMs and players choose you.

I should mention that one of our players is my wife. We're all about character and story-driven games, and we play homebrew campaigns. Have you ever played Pathfinder? It's a little different from 5e, but we're looking for one more player to get the group to 4. If you're game to try Pathfinder, feel free to reach out to me. We're in the Eastern time zone (GMT -5) if it matters.
Hey! I don't know if you're still looking for a game, or are interested in anything besides DnD5e, but I'm currently doing recruitment for two character-driven games (a Shadowrun 5e game and a CoD Hunters game). Both groups are in CST/ETZ, and both use Discord. Both groups are LGBT+ friendly and have women in them, so if you're interested, PM me! :D
