Hello! I am a GM with 20 years’ experience who is looking
for one more player to flesh out his roster for a every other week Godbound
game. Two prospective players had schedule conflicts during planning so it’s
open recruiting. We are currently sitting at myself and 2 other players, with
one space open. Godbound is a game that requires a bit more spotlight time in
my experience so I’m aiming for less players than I normally have. This is a
hard limit currently so only one player will be accepted, sorry duos. Forgive the odd timing, evening commitments and timezone differences forces it to be around this time.
Please note this game has not had its first session yet
so you will be getting on the ground floor so to speak.

made partially as a “we can do exalted better.” It uses an interesting modified
version of 3e. And it is pretty simplified in comparison. The rules you need to
play as a player really are free and easy to understand, there is no paid material required at all. No previous experience with the system either.
What we’re looking for: A player preferably 18+ but if
you can maintain some level of maturity we will accept younger. You should have
a minimum of around 1 year of gaming experience, with any system. I’m more
simulationist than narritivist if that helps understand the style of gaming.
Besides that, I have a full plot and plan, but that is
often the background of the world, what happens is very much story driven, so
having an idea of what you’d like will help out. If not, you can always run
with what the other players do, but it is essentially a game about big damn
heros as we progress so having something to work towards will become a
requirement down the line.
I run my games long so don’t expect anything shorter than
a year’s worth of sessions. Multi-year is my norm but we’ll see how we feel as
