I admit I have gotten completely spoiled with social media tools that allow a Like / +1 / upcheck on material as a quick shortcut of expressing agreement or support of something presented. Having this capability in campaign forum topics and replies would be a definite nice-to-have, avoiding the visual noise of "I like that" replies (that then require diving into the topic to see what "New" comment has been added), but still allowing for easy flow of communication and approval in a distributed gaming community.
