Work Isn't Saving

I don't know about anyone else, but I've started making a campaign, and every time I make a change nothing is saving. I have my map in the map & background layer, and I set my map to fill the available grid, so as to make a square on the map equal one square in the grid, then i refresh the webpage, and it undoes my work, nothing seems to stay, it returns my map to the small size of when i uploaded it. I don't know if it is user error or what, but it is quite annoying.  I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 4 gigs of RAM AMD A6-3410MX APU 1.60 GHz I don't think it's a hardware issue, but i may be wrong.
I'm having a similar issue with the grid size and background music. These are the console errors I got: firebase.2.4.0.js:45 FIREBASE WARNING: Exception was thrown by user callback. Error: Firebase.update failed: First argument contains NaN in property 'campaign-806727-i06-e0qwKT_RfW2Vh9Mb8g.pages.7F73B956-71C3-4C5B-8C72-576EE4F15EA4.adv_fow_grid_size' at hg (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:123:203" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:123:203</a>) at <a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:126:168" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:126:168</a> at Fb (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:28:656" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:28:656</a>) at jg (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:126:134" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:126:134</a>) at X.update (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:258:369" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:258:369</a>) at <a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1509466929:3:1584" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1509466929:3:1584</a> at c (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:240:58" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:240:58</a>) at <a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:201:710" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:201:710</a> at gc (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:52:165" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:52:165</a>) at cc (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:30:216" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js:30:216</a>) S @ firebase.2.4.0.js:45 (anonymous) @ firebase.2.4.0.js:52 setTimeout (async) gc @ firebase.2.4.0.js:52 cc @ firebase.2.4.0.js:30 bc @ firebase.2.4.0.js:29 Qi @ firebase.2.4.0.js:224 h.Ib @ firebase.2.4.0.js:238 h.Og @ firebase.2.4.0.js:240 Backbone.sync @ app.js?1509466929:3 save @ base.js?1506440804:1 updatePageSettings @ app.js?1509466929:35 OK @ app.js?1509466929:35 (anonymous) @ jquery-ui.1.9.0.custom.min.js?3:5 dispatch @ jquery.1.8.2.min.js:2 h @ jquery.1.8.2.min.js:2 firebase.2.4.0.js:123 Uncaught Error: Firebase.update failed: First argument contains NaN in property 'campaign-806727-i06-e0qwKT_RfW2Vh9Mb8g.pages.7F73B956-71C3-4C5B-8C72-576EE4F15EA4.adv_fow_grid_size' at hg (firebase.2.4.0.js:123) at firebase.2.4.0.js:126 at Fb (firebase.2.4.0.js:28) at jg (firebase.2.4.0.js:126) at X.update (firebase.2.4.0.js:258) at app.js?1509466929:3 at c (firebase.2.4.0.js:240) at firebase.2.4.0.js:201 at gc (firebase.2.4.0.js:52) at cc (firebase.2.4.0.js:30)
A friend of mine was encountering your same issue. His maps settings are not saving. The content he places still saves but he'll refresh and the map will default to 25 by 25. A player will see only the default 25 by 25 even when moved back to something like 100 by 100. I checked myself to see if I also encountered this and I did. I made a map 100 by 100 doodled some random stuff up then refreshed. The doodles are still present, however the map is defaulted back to 25 by 25. Unsure what is causing this. You are not alone in being affected by this however.

I am having the same problem, I cant be sure but because im&nbsp;paranoid I had my friend who is a subscriber (I am not) start a new game and grant me GM access. It works flawlessly on his but on my 2&nbsp; (Test game I made ages ago just to play around and the one im actually planning on running on )&nbsp; Maps will not save state.&nbsp; I seriously hope R20 isnt&nbsp;putting saving maps behind a paywall, though their subscription page says nothing of the sort.&nbsp; And to be clear I granted 2 other people GM status on one of my games and they verified the bug themselves.&nbsp; All you have to do to re create it is change the map and reload the game.&nbsp;
Having the same problem on my end. Set up a map and all the players could see the layout, even though on my screen I had 'Hide Area' on so they shouldn't have been able to see anything. Had to then improvise a new map where now i'm stuck on a 25x25 grid because none of my work is saving. Keeps going back and the hide area feature still wasn't working, even when I loaded created a new page and everything. Almost ruined a whole session but the party was nice enough to understand.

Crossposting from the other thread, I accidentally necro'ed, apologies for that: I'm a free user, running latest version of Firefox. The issues I'm having are grid size and map size not saving properly and on one occasion I've had the underlying map layer move all the way to the front, obscuring every other map object. Opening it with console log yields the following error: Error: Firebase.update failed: First argument contains NaN in property 'campaign-2672971-PpBZUlwvsXyzfuwFVT_-rQ.pages.-KxotIeZjDmQ-NR9M6DI.adv_fow_grid_size' firebase.2.4.0.js:123:203 It also happens if I create a new page, open the page settings and click OK without changing anything from the default settings.
Just wanted to run a game with a map sized 30 by 30 units, but players only saw the top left 25 by 25. On refreshing the page on my end the map size setting defaulted back to a 25 by 25 and then I also only saw that part of the map. Restoring it back to a 30 by 30 or bigger and refreshing had the same result, without players ever seeing the full size of the map.
Seems I"m in the same boat. Everything else seems to save just fine except for page settings. Specifically I was trying to change the page dimensions, background color, auto-play music, and the grid color, and none of it will stick.
I'm also having this issue again. Seeing this in the console: Error: Firebase.update failed: First argument contains NaN in property 'campaign-2308323-JWTXSE_XAs_dtO_Dmi81yg.pages.-Kxpn36q6FVJ1x-qKyqd.adv_fow_grid_size'
I am also getting this error while trying to change my map size, background colour, disable grid, enabling fog of war, and clearing the chat log. I am able to put down tokens, allow my players to create their characters, and put down a background image. I have gotten these errors and warnings while running Chrome&nbsp;Version 61.0.3163.100 while using Windows 7 Not sure if all of this is necessary, but it is copied from the console. app.roll20.net/:12 Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'unsafe-eval' https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.doubleclick.net https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://www.googletagservices.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.googletagservices.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.google-analytics.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="http://ajax.googleapis.com" rel="nofollow">http://ajax.googleapis.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://cdn.firebase.com" rel="nofollow">https://cdn.firebase.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.tokbox.com https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="http://static.opentok.com" rel="nofollow">http://static.opentok.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="http://cdn.crowdin.com" rel="nofollow">http://cdn.crowdin.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="http://stun.l.google.com" rel="nofollow">http://stun.l.google.com</a>". It's happening to me, too.

Devs have been pinged.&nbsp; In the meanwhile, please try to clear some lowhanging issues and carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache
Happens to me too. Free user. Trying to disable fog of war, and change the grid type. Changes revert when I relog, and do not reflect from player profiles. Ubuntu 16.04 Tested in latest Firefox and Chrome. Tested with caching disabled, and all add-ons and extensions disabled. Console log when attempting save: Firebase.update failed: First argument contains NaN in property 'campaign-2586993-ZWHjujTo6wmVWv0XzD_h2g.pages.-KuZdxCqXor4I_6kp2nD.adv_fow_grid_size'
Happening to me as well (free user, Chrome). I'm just trying to learn how to use roll20 right now but because my Fog of War changes aren't saving, they aren't getting sent to the players, either, and when I re-log to player and back to GM, my changes have all reverted (while things added to the map remain as they were). It's incredibly frustrating.

Step 3: Clear your cache From what I gathered so far, it seems to be a minor bug in roll20 code. Page settings trying to apply a variable that's not editable by free users and so it returns an invalid value. EDIT: 100% sure it's related to the Advanced Fog of War update.
This exact bug happened 1 month ago:&nbsp; <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5577047/page-set" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5577047/page-set</a>... Need devs to solve it. Kind of annoying that once again it only affects "free" users
