Compendium not functioning properly

I think I may have overloaded my game with a module and a bunch of addons... Is this possible? It could be something completely different.  My issue is when I try to access the compendium.  If I click into a category such as spells,  I cannot back out of it.  I know about having to click the x in the search bar. When i do this,  it acts like it wants to back out and minimizes the category that I picked,  but it only has that category and none of the others even when the search bar had been cleared. The only way I can get to a different category is by reloading unto the game... Then I'm stuck in that category until I reload again.   I was using the compendium just fine,  until I added both the monster manual and Volo's guide to my game.  Now all of my players experience the same thing as me.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Hi Justin, This issue should have been resolved. Are you still expereincing problems with the compendium?
Saw this post and thought I'd also say that I also started to have this problem recently and it is still happening as of this post.
Hi Nick, Do you think you could capture a console log (outlined in Step 4 of Gen Kitty's post)? Additionally, if you could provide a step-by-step proceedure outlining the easiest steps to reproduce the issue it will help us pin down what is going on. Thank you!
Just as an update for me personally on this issue. It persists when I try to use Chrome, But goes away in Firefox.  In Chrome, I can use the compendium just fine in other games I play in or create, just the one game has the issue.
