[LFG] Player looking for a D&D 5e. Friday/Saturday afternoon game [GMT+1]

I'm new to roll20 and D&D 5e but not to roleplaying. The games I have played are Fantasy Flight's 40k RPGs, Iron Kingdoms, Through the Breach and Game of Thrones. I have a pretty good grasp of the rules and being an avid gamer I'm used to learning new systems. My main interests while playing is mostly the story and characters so I'm not really interested in games that are just going to run it as a dungeon crawling boardgame. Not that I dislike fighting and searching ancient ruins, it's tons of fun as long as that's not all there is to the campaign. Min-maxing, too strict adherence to the rulebook and using OOC knowledge to influence play is probably the least fun I can think of. I once found a watch that didn't seem to tell time, chiming at weird moments and the hands on it spinning at seeming random. I spent three sessions trying to figure out what it did and it's one of my favorite moments as a player. I hope that gives a decent idea of how I play. My weakness is for sure spontaneous dialogue, I don't stick to the silent-brooding types but it might take me a second or two to formulate a response or I may fall back on a more OOC descriptive answer of my character's reply if I feel I can't come up with something adequate. I think my time as a GM has helped me improve on that. I would prefer a homebrew but the most important part is that it's at least somewhat long running, I'm not interested in games that are only going to last a few sessions. So who am I? I'm mid-twenties and living in Sweden. I GM for a small group on Sundays but I've been missing just playing the game on the other side of the screen. I'd like to think I keep my character clean from the usual pitfalls of mary sues and edgelords but I have a tendency towards special snowflake characters, which I'm aware of and try to temper. My English is good and I'd like a game played with voice, camera is optional. I have a character in mind, a Tiefling Paladin Oath of Redemption, travelling the world helping people and fighting evildoers. Leading by example and trying to show the world and himself that he can rise above his background and racial stigma. I'm not married to the idea but I think he could be fun if I can play it just right. I would not play him as a straight pacifist but stretch the definition more towards the idea of give everyone a chance but do not risk the innocent by letting an axe-murderer off with a stern warning ;) If you have a friendly and accepting group or just starting up a campaign and think I'll fit let me know! Happy to answer any questions :)
Our guild is looking for players, but Guild Masters specificly. We have a 5e game already set up and sessions come up to either be quick missions or long and plot-starters.
I'm not sure that's quite what I'm looking for but thank you for replying regardless!
Since I've had some people contact me on PM I'll just restate here that I'm in the European GMT+1 timezone so as lovely as your game might be if there's an 8 hour time difference I might not be able to join :P
See if it fits> Im trying to finding a group of people not a bunch of characters. Characters die, people stay. https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5813612/lfp-looking-for-payers-saturdays-after-at-5pm-gmt-roleplay-noobs
