Unable to see some tokens as a player

Hey, I'm not able to see my token and a handful of other tokens in my current game and I'm not sure why. I cleared my cache and disabled any newer add ons with no luck. My computer is practically brand new so I'm not sure what's happening. I'm using Google Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 Windows 10  Java is enabled Basic windows firewall Just google adblock and a spellcheck add on  

Are other players able to see your token?

They are yeah, I'm the only one who can't

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

The creator responded "I haven't removed any uploads, but I did find that my uploads were suddenly blank in the tokens so I had to reset everything."

No. I think the reset of everything happened before the game, which might be why I can see nothing.

i had this happen in one case to a few map images in my game. if the image was not directly uploaded from the creators pc. then what happens is the system attempt to download this image from a website. i have had images disappear due to the source server being offline or the image removed from that end. since then i always saved the image then uploaded it to my library and have not had this happen since.
