[5e OGL] Player's Character sheet blank

One of my players came into a game I'm dming, and found his character sheet completely blank. We've been using the OGL 5e character sheet so far, and it's a real bummer, since he forgot to make backups. Is there some way to regain this data?

What system had the sheet been built in (I'm assuming he has imported it via the vault?). If his was a 'shaped' or 'community' 5e sheet then the attributes won't line up... it doesn't mean the data has gone, the OGL sheet just has no way of displaying it. I'm not an expert of 5e but I believe there may be a conversion tool knocking about somewhere, alternatively is his data visible in the attributes and abilities tab? If so simply give him a new sheet and let him copy his information across to that manually. 5e doesn't have that many fields so it won't take long.
