My players cannot see the background.

Hello, when my players join my Campaign they can't see the map except the tokens only, and when I rejoin as a player I could see it but they couldn't any advice on fixing this issue?

Might just need to delete the image and reupload to the map layer.

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have them thoroughly work through Step 4 and post the results here.  (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from table loading!)
