5e shaped sheets casting a spell

I am new to roll20 so if this is a dumb question I am sorry.  I created a generic mage.  Created an NPC and dragged the compendium entry over the character sheet and it fills it out.  If I click on the weapon it rolls a to hit and a damage.  But if I click on a spell like icestorm I get this ice storm 4th-level — Casting Time:1 action Components:V, S, M Duration:Instantaneous is there a way to get it roll the spell damage or at least output what the spell does so I can roll the damage?  I can look it up in the journal but that takes time and I hope there is a quicker way. thanks for any help.

Jon O. when you create a NPC spellcaster you only get a list of spells.  You then need to go back to the compendium and drag spells to sheet each individually.

This is due to the way that Compendium data is stored. Weapon descriptions are written out, as in the printed game. Spells are listed as name-only, again as in a printed stat block. If you upgrade to Pro user, the Companion script can fill out any spells listed on an NPC sheet by importing the descriptions from the Compendium. Without that, it is a manual process.
