Player cannot use assigned Token

I am having an issue where one of my players cannot move a token that I've assigned to him.  I have tried changing the token, changing the picture, uploading a new token, and even deleting his entire character sheet and building a new one.  I have made sure that he's assigned the sheet and control but no matter what I do, he just can't operate on the board!  I'm having no problem with any of the other players.

Is the token on the object layer and not on the map layer?

This happened to us a couple of times tonight. It never seemed to be permanent however, so I marked it down to user error. I'm interested to hear if anyone else had this happen to them.

It said it was on the Token Layer when I checked and went ahead and selected "Token" again.  I'll see if that makes a difference when said player is awake and can test it on their end.  I cannot operate the token when I re-join as a player either, tho I added myself to "can controled/edited by."  I'm not having this problem with any other token assigned to me.
