Fail to upload tiles and tokens

Hello! I've been trying to upload images to use as tiles and tokens, but none of them really gets ti be loaded. The progress bar doesn't start to fill and even if I leave it there loading for a long time, it doesn't work. I've already checked the type of file and its sizes, and everything seems to be right. I'm using it on Google Chrome.

What are the file sizes and file types? JPGs and PNGs are best to use. Note you should not use the .jpeg file extension with JPGs. As a free user, images can be no larger than 5 MB each or 5MB per batch of files. Try uploading them one at a&nbsp;time. You can also check if your Storage Quota is used up. Hi Rabulias, thanks for your reply. The files are all JPGs. The files size vary from ~1MB to almost 5MB. I don't have anything uploaded besides my profile pic, so I don't believe that I've reached the quota yet.&nbsp; Would you happen to know the size/quota limits for premium users?

Plus is 10MB per file and 1000MB Storage Quota. Pro is also 10MB per file but 2000MB Storage Quota. Try uploading the smallest file and see how it goes. The 5MB limit is not exactly 5MB, so the larger files might be too close to the limit. If this is the case, you can slice them up (or downsample them) in your graphic editor of choice, upload the pieces, and position them together in Roll20.
