Adding Token to Folder - What am I doing wrong?

Cannot for the life of me get a token - or any art asset - to go into a folder. From the sidebar I click and hold on the three black lines with the left mouse button. I drag the box until the name of the folder I want to put the asset into turns blue. I let go. Nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Scouring google seem to suggest this is what I'm supposed to do, so...?

What browser are you using?  Roll20 only supports Firefox and Chrome, public releases, no test versions or nightlies or betas.

Chrome version 63.

Opening Roll20 in an incognito window (i.e. without extensions potentially mucking anything up) also fails to fix the problem.

(Moving to Bug Reports & Technical Issues) Alrighty then, you're doing what you should be doing in a browser we support.  I want you to do two sets of things:  A) Steps 3 and 4 from below for Chrome.  B) Step 1 for Firefox -- if it works in Firefox, stop there and let us know.  If it likewise doesn't work in Firefox, please complete steps 2 through 4 for Firefox.  Once you've done these steps, the Devs will be pinged to come chew on this :) Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Is the folder open (+ is closed, - is open)? If the folder is closed, it will highlight but not accept the art asset.

Sorry for the delay - I was doing something wrong. At least on my browser dragging an item until the name turns blue doesn't work - you ahve to drag it blow and to the right until a 'space' pops-up.
