LFG: Rookie player looking for some fun adventures

Hi, My name's Murphy and I'm 24 looking for some tabletop games to do for fun. I live in a central time zone and I'm usually available evenings after 5 pm.  I have played two homebrew games and I have not really played any other system than that but I'm a fast learner. As for genres, any of them are fine honestly! I would like to play something that let's me be non-human or a robot though. Or just a sentient suit of armor cause that's cool. Looking for lots of adventure and character based stuff.

Hey Murphy.  If you are interested in giving D&D4e a try you are welcome to join The Guild Living Campaign.  You can be a whole slew of non-humans (there are over 40 playable races) including a race called Warforged which are sentient suits of armor. If you are interested take a look at our LFG Blurp . If it looks like something you want to play in, post on the interested players thread and you will get invited to the campaign.
