No Way to Track Campaigns in "Join a Game"

I have been on Roll20 for about two weeks and I have to constantly keep researching for the games that I have applied for. I am going to start off first by saying the "Follow Topic" button hardly works. Only thing this does is allow me to see if there was another posting in that thread. However I am looking for a way to mark topics I have created/replies to topics within said games of interest. There has got to be an easier way within the Roll20 Interface...and if not...there need to be one created and implemented STAT! I am not the only one I assure you this. I know a work around is to just bookmark the pages of the campaigns you have interest in, yet I feel like Roll20 can do better than that. Please, if I am wrong and there is a way, I would love an explanation.
