Player not listed in character/token assignment.

I have a player who does not show up in the list when I try to assign him control of a token.He's accepted the invitation to campaign, and made several post on the campaign's discussion forum. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

HoneyBadger is correct. A player will not show up in the assign list until they've actually joined the campaign at least once.
