Brand New and Looking to Start Having Fun

Hi my name is Bobby and I'm 29. I have never played any tabletop rpg and on a whim decided I wanted to try. I'm looking for a group thats willing to help me enter this new and exciting world. I want to start with D&D 5e but am open to suggestions so I can start learning. If you're part of a group or are wanting to start a new group that will be open and willing to help me let me know.
