Players can't see character tokens, but can move them

Hi! Running Lost Mine of Phandelver module on Roll 20. Went well until got to Cragmaw Hideout. At this point, players can't see their character tokens, but can move them.  I have moved map to the back and tokens to the front, still no dice. They can move their invisible player characters but cant see them. Anyone able to help? Using Chrome, Windows 10.

I am able to see the tokens. I will have my players go through these steps.

It looks as though you are using AFoW (advanced fog of war), tokens that are in the fog of war are invisible unless there is light to illuminate that area. Also, I would check to make sure that each token is set up to see (the 'Has Sight' box is checked). If the character has darkvision, make sure this is set up also.
