Initiative roll not working for any monster I make on shaped 5e character sheets keep getting hte error messages  No character was found for 'selected' SyntaxError: Expected "(", ".", "[", "abs(", "ceil(", "d", "floor(", "round(", "t", "{", [ |\t], [+|\-] or [0-9] but "s" found.

Hmm.  I just tried it in that version and didn't have an issue.  Did you install it as a custom sheet, or are you using it from the dropdown?

Do you have the tokens linked to their associated characters?

I do not because it makes all the monsters Ghouls for example all share hp too so when one gets hit all their HP drops down @___@

This is why the selected isn't working, because there is no character selected (just a random token). Check the wiki article on linking tokens to journal entries , specifically the section on mooks
