[LFG] [D&D5e] GMT/UK Player looking for group

Hi there, I'm an experienced RPG player looking to get into playing via Roll20 since moving away from my regular face to face gaming group. I'm 33 and based in the UK and would be free any day after 6pm or all day at the weekends (latest around 3/4am I guess.) I've got a long history with TRPG's and played D&D 3.5 for over a decade and World of Darkness a little longer than that (as well as other games, GURPS, Champions, Exalted etc etc.) Recently bought the core rulebooks for 5e and a couple of supplements and looking to play either one shots or preferably join a regular group. Though I have plenty of experience as a DM I have no experience at all with Roll20 so would like to play for a while before I'd be looking at DMing any games. I enjoy both the combat side and the roleplay side of RPG's and would enjoy a group where roleplaying is as important as dice rolls. Looking forward to getting into a game soon. :)

Hi there, thanks for the invite. Unfortunately I'm going to have to pass on this one as I'm looking more for a regular D&D group and whilst I enjoy the Mistborn series it diverges from typical D&D in style a bit too much for me personally. Good luck with it all though, sounds interesting.&nbsp;

Hi there, thanks for the offer. I'll have to take a little time to consider tbh, I don't really need any help with character creation if I'm honest I've been playing RPG's heavily since the early 90's and 5e is far simpler than 3.5e which I've played for literally hundreds if not thousands of hours. I may join if I have difficulty learning Roll20 but there seem to be good enough guides on that in all honesty. I'm looking more for a long-term RP group than introductory sessions to be honest.&nbsp;

Hi. I'm fairly new to D&D. I have DM'd a short 5e homebrew campaign (10 sessions) for family IRL. I've also watched the WotC LMoP and currently enjoying Critical Roll campaign 2. I'm interested in gaining experience as a PC and looking for a regular 5e group. No Roll20 experience yet. Available week nights (except Friday) until 11pm and weekends, GMT (UK-based).

Am interested in that extra player slot though if it's still available. I actually ended up leaving that group because of unnecessary drama/self-centeredness of one of the members if I'm honest. I'm back to looking for games to join myself :).
