I just purchased Curse of Strahd and I'm trying to figure things out. (I'm new). I am on the right layer, and I can move some of the tokens, but others are greyed out and I can't move them. I haven't started a game with other players, I'm just trying to get a feel for the game. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

some tokens (those the players arn't meant to see unless something specific happens (a creature breaks invisibility, phases in from the ethereal plane, crawls out of a grave) are placed on the gm layer until you need them to appear and move them to the token layer

Just to be completely clear, you have to switch to the GM layer to move those tokens.
