Unable to read Bios

For some odd reason even though my plays have typed up bios on there charictor sheets when i go to look at them [I am the gm and game maker] they are blank in both normal veiwing and when i look at them in the edit mode. Does anyone know what might be causeing this bug or how i can fix it if its on my end?

Are you able to write into the bio section of PC character sheets and can they see what you write?
